ZARAGOZA, 30 Apr. (EUROPA PRESS)
The recycling company, of Plasticos Escanero, has signed a collaboration agreement with the Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón (ITA) to investigate the production of biodegradable materials at its plant in Sariñena (Huesca).
As indicated by the manager of the company, Ángel Escanero, the ultimate goal is that the company realizes the extrusion of organic materials (wood, alfalfa, wheat straw, barley, rice and other crop residues) with which it will create other products for industrial applications.

The company Plasticos Escanero just started the construction of a new extrusion plant in Sariñena, which will involve an investment of 1, 8 million and will initially creat 10 workstations.
The new facility will covers 2,500 square meters and will start operating in September, it will produce WPC (wood plastic composite), ie a compound of plastic and wood in great demand in Europe. Specifically, the mixture contain 60% organic materials such as wood, wheat straw, rice or other crop residues obtained from the municipality of Sariñena, as stated by the manager of the company, Angel Escanero.

SARIÑENA.- The company Reciclados Escanero at Sariñena, is developing an innovative project for which he received significant support through the statement of investment interest that self he was awarded the Council of Government of Aragon. In addition, this project has a significant component of R & D (Research and Development) for which the company has signed agreements with research centers such as the Technological Institute of Aragon (ITA) and the Centre for Development Industrial Technology (CEDETI).
